Getting started is simple! The process begins with a complimentary consultation. During this 30-minute call, we discuss everything you’re looking for—where you want to go, your ideal style of travel, what you want to do, what you need taken care of, and more. We get to know you and work to learn all that your dream vacation encompasses.
Step 2
After paying our service fee, we go into planning mode for you. We’ll create a personalized itinerary, coordinate all the details, and put together a complete proposal for you. Once you’ve reviewed, we’ll make any changes you need and then get your final approval.
Step 3
Once you’ve signed off on your trip itinerary and details, you’ll make your required deposits and we’ll get everything booked. We’ll coordinate the flights, reserve your accommodations, book your tours and activities, and make sure everything is set for you and your travel companions.
Step 4
All that’s left to do is relax and get ready for the trip of a lifetime! We’ll make sure you’re prepared with all the details, documents, and information so you can be at ease as you take off and enjoy your journey. Plus, we’ll be here to assist and advocate for you at any point during your trip.
