You will receive your RLX document pouch approximately 2-3 weeks to departure chock full of destination information, boarding documents and more.

This depends on the type of vacation you choose and the location you wish to visit. We will help determine whether a passport and/or visa is required for your bucket list trip. If you do not have appropriate documentation, we will connect you with reputable companies who will help you obtain your passport and/or visas.

We will provide advice for the best solution depending on the port or location to which you travel. We can easily reserve a private car with chauffeur, arrange cruise line transfers, purchase train tickets or rent a car for you.

Travel insurance is coverage provided by a policy purchased from a reputable company protecting you from certain financial risks and losses that may occur while traveling. Some of the losses may be minor, like lost luggage. However, experiencing a medical emergency overseas or needing to cancel your vacation at the last minute will be a significant cost and it makes good financial sense to consider purchase of travel insurance.

Yes, we always recommend purchasing travel insurance. Since most vacations are a significant financial investment, it is only smart to review and purchase a travel insurance policy that will protect you from certain financial risks and losses while you are traveling.

Although we are not an insurance sales company and are not licensed to sell insurance, we work with reputable insurance companies daily and can recommend plans that suits your needs. If you have specific questions regarding the coverage, we provide contact information directly to the insurer.

We are happy to provide information for much-needed items to take along on your journey as well as tips on what to expect on your cruise. A packing list designed to include clothing pieces as well as important gadgets for the journey will be given to our cruise clients for planning purposes.

RLX is notified in advance and can typically book your cruise before the itinerary opens to the public. This is a great advantage to you!

Yes, we do! We take the same amount of care in planning your 7-Day cruise vacation as we do in designing a longer cruise voyage. We schedule pre-cruise/post-cruise hotels, arrange transportation to/from airport to cruise pier, recommend shore excursions, offer travel insurance information and plan your roundtrip air.

Using the information gathered during our consultation, we glean information that will help us make the perfect recommendations for your adventure vacation.
